As a seller, one controls the condition and appearance of the home. The seller is also responsible for establishing the base selling price. The buyer will actually determine the actual value of the home. The buyer establishes a comfortable bidding and/or purchasing price. This should reflect not only one’s personal preferences but should coordinate with one’s financial budget as well. The marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting the seller in developing and implementing an individual marketing strategy. The coordinator will also strive to educate both buyer and seller in terms of market conditions and current trends. Finally, the marketing coordinator will also facilitate the buyer/seller relationship and aid with any inspections and necessary paperwork
